I've traveled to every continent except the Antarctic. I traveled while in he US Navy, then I spent many years in International Sales and in recent years I’ve traveled for pleasure. I've been in almost all of the countries in Europe and Asia. In the USA,

I’m not a real chef, but I enjoy cooking
and eating fine food. I also like quick and
easy recipes. This website contains a collection of "My Favorite Recipes" borrowed from my mother, family, friends and restaurants from all over the world. I also have added a few of my own creations. The recipes that have a Star in front of the name are ones that I recommend as the best that I’ve collected. I hope that you enjoy. This website contains many recipes from my son John and my wife Jane. Both are excepitional cooks with very diffrent styles. Jane was born in China and has contributed some fantastic Chinese recipes. John has been cooking since he was in cub scouts. In recent years he has become more creative.
In December 2007, Jane & I took a 10 day Panama Canal cruise on the Coral Princess. I had the honor of meeting Executive Chef Francesco LaForgia who was born in Bari, Italy. At the age of 14 Francesco started Culinary school.
