I've traveled to every continent except the Antarctic. I traveled while in he US Navy, then I spent many years in International Sales and in recent years I’ve traveled for pleasure. I've been in almost all of the countries in Europe and Asia. In the USA,

I have traveled to 49 of the 50 states.

willingness to try the

specialties of the location

that you are visiting.

I’m not a real chef, but I enjoy cooking

and eating fine food. I also like quick and

easy recipes. This website contains a collection of "My Favorite Recipes" borrowed from my mother, family, friends and restaurants from all over the world. I also have added a few of my own creations. The recipes that have a Star in front of the name are ones that I recommend as the best that I’ve collected. I hope that you enjoy. This website is dedicated to my mother Charlotte Fraser and to her mother Myrtle Thomas. Both were excepitional cooks that had to feed large families. Some of the recipes on this site came directly from them or are slightly modified versions of their recipes.

In December 2007, Jane & I took a 10 day Panama Canal cruise on the Coral Princess. I had the honor of meeting Executive Chef Francesco LaForgia who was born in Bari, Italy. At the age of 14 Francesco started Culinary school.
